TOUCHEDBYTHEHANDOFGOD.COM I. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We request only the information needed to receive your story, verify content, attribute authorship, resolve an open issue, confirm your shipment address for a sweepstakes prize, &/or to contact you regarding the aforementioned. This would include your full name, e-mail address, phone number and, possibly, mailing address.

II. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Gathering and attributing stories.
We obtain limited contact information from people who submit stories to our Web site. We require this information in order to confirm that a submission has been received and to verify or clarify the content of the story or about people mentioned in the story. Should your story be used on our Web site or other form of publication, we will attribute it using your first name and the initial of your last name only, along with your city and state. No other information will be included.
Sending e-mail updates.
Occasionally, TOUCHEDBYTHEHANDOFGOD.COM will send e-mail updates or announcements to those who have provided their contact information by submitting stories or otherwise communicating with us. Should you wish to be removed from future e-mailings, refer to the simple instructions provided at the bottom of these e-mail updates.
Entering a sweepstakes &/or prize fulfillment.
We may run contests on our site in which we ask entrants for contact information (such as their e-mail address &/or phone number). This contact information is also used to contact the entrant when necessary, such as obtaining an address to ship a prize.
Using our shop.
We use a trusted third party, cafepress.com, to host the Web pages for the shop for our site and process the e-commerce transactions. When you browse or make purchases from our shop, cafepress.com will collect the information necessary to process your transaction and ship your order. By visiting or purchasing from our shop, you accept the privacy policy of cafepress.com, which is posted on their site.
Other.
We may release personal and account information to others when we believe it necessary to comply with law enforcement or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TOUCHEDBYTHEHANDOFGOD.COM, our site visitors, contributors or others.
